The article compares different methods for calculating evapotranspiration to see which one is most accurate. They tested six models against a standard model and found that some were better than others. The study showed that some models worked well for the study area, but one had a value that was too high. Overall, the best models for estimating evapotranspiration were ASCE Standardised Evapotranspiration, Priestley-Taylor, and Makkink for radiation-based methods, and Hargreaves and Blaney-Criddle for temperature-based methods.
