The study looked at how aware taxpayers are and the quality of tax services affect whether they follow tax rules. They studied 150 taxpayers in South Cimahi Regency. They found that when taxpayers are more aware, they are more likely to follow tax rules. However, the quality of tax services did not have a big impact on taxpayer compliance. Overall, being aware of tax rules and having good tax services can help taxpayers follow the rules.
