Regional Inequality Hinders Progress of E-Democracy in Public Governance
The article analyzes the current state of e-democracy in Ukraine for public administration. It looks at the legal support, regional differences in implementation, and the stages of development. The research shows that there are inequalities in access to e-democracy due to technology and education. However, there is positive progress in the legal framework and institutional support for e-democracy in Ukraine, indicating a shift towards an information society focused on citizen needs.
