Electric Vehicles Outshine Fuel Cars in Energy, Emissions, and Cost Savings
In the quest for sustainable energy and cleaner air, a study compared electric cars to traditional gasoline ones. It used advanced models to compare how much energy they use, the emissions they produce, and the costs to drivers. The research found that electric cars consume 11% less energy than gas cars and emit far fewer pollutants. Most emissions from electric cars happen during electricity generation. Importantly, electric cars tend to be cheaper overall and rely less on expensive fuels. These findings support electric vehicles as a more eco-friendly and cost-effective option, helping reduce energy use and environmental harm.
