The study looked at the diversity of plant species in a natural secondary forest in Maoershan Region. They used three methods to measure diversity: richness, evenness, and diversity indices. The results showed that J. mandshurica is the most important plant in the forest. The diversity indices of Z602 plot were higher than those of M701 plot, indicating that Z602 plot has superior diversity.
