Leverage and profitability drive firm value for Indonesian food companies.
The study looked at how firm size, leverage, profitability, and dividend policy affect the value of consumer goods companies in the food & beverage industry in Indonesia. They analyzed data from 10 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2019. The findings showed that all these factors together influence a company's value. While firm size doesn't directly impact value, leverage, profitability, and dividend policy have a positive effect on a company's worth.
