Major road projects like Kyenjojo-Kabwoya-Hoima-Bulima road and Mubende-Kakumiro road have experienced significant time and cost overruns. The use of low-quality materials, poor scheduling, and delayed procurement are causing these issues. It is crucial to improve contractor management and monitoring processes to ensure successful completion of road construction projects.
