The study analyzed how return on equity and price earning ratio affect stock returns of property and real estate companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015-2019. They found that return on equity and price earning ratio have a positive impact on stock returns, while net profit margin does not. This means that these companies can increase their stock returns by managing their capital effectively and increasing total sales.
