The article explores how big data analysis technology is used in mechanical design, manufacturing, and automation. It focuses on early risk warning in big data environments, designing methods and processes for this purpose. By applying this approach to machinery manufacturing safety data, the study shows that big data-based risk early warning systems have positive effects on improving safety standards.
