The article presents a method for developing SMART complexes to train skilled workers in agriculture, construction, and mechanical engineering. The goal is to meet the demand for mobile, autonomous, and responsible educators, as well as skilled workers with digital skills. The approach involves selecting and structuring content based on educational principles and industry-specific needs, using interactive teaching methods and digital tools. The key findings include a conceptual model for SMART complexes as dynamic educational resources, with modules for content delivery, training, and assessment tailored to the needs of these industries.
