The study aimed to find the best organic farming method for growing rice and black gram crops together. By using a combination of green manure, vermicompost, and a natural foliar spray called Panchagavya, researchers found that the plants had more tillers, taller height, and better root growth. This method resulted in higher dry matter production and root weight compared to other methods tested. Overall, using green manure, vermicompost, and Panchagavya can help improve the growth of rice and black gram crops when grown organically.
