Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology is being studied for its benefits in high-rise building design and construction. By using BIM, coordination between different disciplines improves, leading to higher productivity. The research involved a literature review and a survey of engineers in Egypt who have used BIM. Results show that BIM can enhance productivity and provide better visualization compared to traditional methods. Digital prototyping with BIM allows for testing designs and exploring different options with clients.
