The creation of administrative justice in Russia has provided a legal basis for resolving disputes between citizens and the state. The article also examines the proposal to establish administrative courts in Russia, comparing it to the systems in France and Germany. It concludes that the administrative process involves judicial procedures based on the Code of Administrative Proceedings, as well as the activities of administrative bodies, including courts, in handling administrative offenses.
