The researchers studied the water quality of four lakes in Medchal district, Telangana. They looked at different physical and chemical factors like pH, color, dissolved oxygen, and bacteria levels. By testing the water from Dundigal, Nizampet, Mallampet, and Bowrampet lakes, they found out the presence of various contaminants. This study helps in understanding the quality of water in these lakes and can be useful for setting water quality standards.
