Paper Summary

The research aimed to see if the Price Earning Ratio (PER) affects how Return On Equity (ROE) impacts stock prices in construction and building companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. They used financial data from 2015-2020 and analyzed it using regression analysis. The findings showed that Earnings Per Share (EPS) and ROE both influence stock prices, and when combined, they have a significant impact. Additionally, the Price Earning Ratio (PER) can strengthen the relationship between EPS and stock prices, as well as between ROE and stock prices.
