The study looked at how organizational learning and innovation affect the performance of an Internet Service Provider in Myanmar. They used surveys and interviews to gather data and found that innovation has a bigger impact on performance than learning. They also discovered that learning influences innovation. The organization should reward new ideas, offer wellness programs, and support employees in improving their skills to enhance performance.
