The study looked at how TVRI in South Sumatera manages its human resources, focusing on activities like planning, recruitment, training, compensation, performance appraisal, safety, and termination. The researchers used interviews, documentation, and questionnaires to gather information and assessed the effectiveness of HR functions. They found that for HR management to be more effective, criteria for planning, personnel coaching, training programs, and safety procedures need to be in place.
