The article analyzes factors that affect the quality of public transportation in Piotrów Trybunalski. The researchers looked at existing literature to identify evaluation criteria, studied data on passenger transport needs in the area, and created a questionnaire with 10 questions about transport services. They then conducted interviews to gather feedback. The findings from the research are included in the article.
