Mineral fertilizers can boost tomato growth and yield. A study in Nigeria tested different fertilizer combinations on tomato plants. The best results came from using 60 kg of nitrogen, 50 kg of phosphorus, and 33 kg of potassium per hectare. This mix led to the highest fruit yield and nutrient uptake. So, farmers in the study areas can increase their tomato production by using this fertilizer combination.
