The researchers developed flavored frozen yogurt with chili peppers to see how people liked it. They made two types of pepper jelly and four yogurt formulations with different amounts of pepper. The yogurt with less pepper jelly was liked more, especially the one with 24% chili pepper, which had over 80% approval for taste.
