The article explores factors affecting retirement planning among primary school teachers in Kinondoni district, Tanzania. The researchers studied teachers' financial literacy, social support, and retirement benefits to understand their impact on retirement planning. They found that teachers with higher financial literacy and better social support were more likely to engage in retirement planning. Additionally, teachers with better retirement benefits were also more likely to plan for retirement.
