The study looked at how well the Noor City Wastewater Treatment Plant works. They checked different things in the water like COD, BOD, and oil and grease. The plant was good at removing some things like BOD and COD, but not as good at removing others like phosphate and chlorine. The best removal of COD happened from January to March. When the levels of stuff in the water changed suddenly, it made the plant work less well. The water that came out of the plant was cleaner than what's allowed to be put back into the sewer or used for watering plants.
