Stakeholder analysis helps project managers understand how expanding the Gdansk Science and Technology Park (GSTP) can benefit both stakeholders and the project itself. The study focused on how well GSTP is collaborating with universities and industries to turn research into practical applications. By surveying stakeholders, the researchers identified the best ways to communicate with different groups involved in the project.
