Improved hospital services boost customer satisfaction in Riau Province.
The study aimed to understand how service quality and customer relationship management affect customer value and satisfaction in private hospitals in Riau Province. They surveyed 340 people and used a data analysis tool called SEM. The results showed that good service quality and customer relationships positively impact customer value, which in turn affects customer satisfaction. Improving service quality, especially reliability, and enhancing customer relationships can lead to higher customer satisfaction in hospitals.
