Organic pork is important for food safety and the environment in China. A study looked at what Chinese consumers prefer and are willing to pay for in organic pork. They found that consumers value pork from China the most, followed by organic feed, pork from Europe, and animal welfare. Increasing awareness and trust in organic certification can boost demand for organic pork in China.
