Improved HR Management Boosts Employee Performance at Indonesian Credit Insurance Branch.
The study looked at how managing employees affects their performance at PT ASKRINDO Surakarta Branch. By interviewing 8 employees and reviewing literature, the researchers found that good human resources management can boost employee performance. Factors like hiring, training, career development, performance evaluations, compensation, safety, and job design all play a role in improving employee performance. So, better management of human resources can lead to better performance by employees at PT ASKRINDO Surakarta Branch.
