Seed inoculation with phosphate-solubilizing bacteria and using phosphate fertilizer can significantly increase faba bean yield and growth. The study found that combining Pseudomonas inoculation with 90 kg/ha of phosphate fertilizer resulted in the highest seed yield and phosphorous seed content. This combination increased seed yield by 38% compared to using 90 kg/ha of phosphate fertilizer without Pseudomonas inoculation. Overall, this approach can help achieve the seed yield potential, reduce environmental impacts, and optimize phosphate fertilizer use.
