Supreme Court Empowered with Federal Court's Jurisdiction and Powers.
The Supreme Court has all the powers and jurisdiction of the Federal Court, except in cases covered by Article 133 or Article 134. The Federal Court needed permission from the Supreme Court to exercise its powers, and since no permission was granted before the Constitution started, the Federal Court couldn't act on the matter. The Federal Court's jurisdiction didn't rely on a certificate but on meeting the conditions set by the relevant laws.
