The study looked at how total asset turnover, net profit margin, and debt to equity ratio affect profit growth in automotive companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. They found that total asset turnover and net profit margin did not individually impact profit growth, but the debt to equity ratio did. When considered together, all three factors had an effect on profit growth during the 2014-2018 period.
