The study looked at how age and experience affect the leadership styles of women in higher education. They found that transformational leadership is the most common style among women leaders in this sector, regardless of age or experience. Interestingly, age and experience don't seem to have a big impact on leadership styles, but as women leaders get older and gain more experience, they tend to show more transformational leadership qualities.
