The BFSI sector in India, which includes banking, financial services, and insurance, is crucial for the economy to function well. Within this sector, the HR department plays a key role in ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction. However, HR faces challenges that can impact the sector's performance. This study identifies these challenges and offers suggestions to address them, aiming to improve HR practices in the BFSI sector.
