The article introduces a new framework for developing cognitive architectures for robots, inspired by the "cognitive hourglass" model. The goal is to make it easier to create these architectures by promoting collaboration and re-use of existing research. The framework divides the development process into different layers that can be worked on independently. It also discusses important topics related to this framework and suggests various applications for it.
