Land ownership rights secured through resolution of cadastral non-coincidence.
The study focuses on fixing errors in Korean land maps caused by mistakes in surveying and map reproduction. By comparing different cases, the researchers found that using a coordinate-based system can help correct boundary mismatches, while other errors can be resolved by unifying different land systems. This project requires government support and funding, but once completed, it will restore public trust in land records, protect land owners' rights, and stabilize land prices.
