Organizations want to be flexible in today's fast-paced business world, so they need agile information systems like business intelligence. This study looked at how organizations improve their business intelligence agility. They found that key practices include: letting staff spot changes and give feedback, using a flexible development approach, having good IT governance, and using the right technical tools like data integration and cloud business intelligence. These practices can help organizations boost their business intelligence agility.
