Industry type and foreign ownership drive Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure in Indonesia.
The research looked at how different aspects of companies affect their disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in Indonesia. Factors like industry type, company size, and foreign ownership were found to have a significant impact on CSR disclosure, while the size of the board of commissioners, profitability, and public ownership did not show a significant effect. The study used data from companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2008 and 2009 to reach these conclusions.
