The main goal of the study was to identify the factors that make a project manager successful in construction projects in Kuala Lumpur. The researchers distributed questionnaires to contractors, clients, and consultants to gather data. They analyzed the responses using a method called mean average index. The key finding was that effective communication, strong planning skills, and managing project dependencies are crucial for being an excellent project manager in construction projects.
