The researchers investigated using a garage-type bioreactor to produce biogas from municipal solid wastes. They found that this technology is suitable for biogas production, with an average output of 23.21 to 40.89 Nm3 of biogas per ton of waste in 4 weeks. The fermentation process occurred at pH levels between 7.21-7.99, and the biogas was obtained at temperatures of 37-38 oC.
