Business Intelligence helps businesses make better decisions by providing more information and detailed reports. Despite the system's capabilities, users still rely on intuition. The study used interviews and observations to understand how Business Intelligence is used in decision-making. The findings show that the system is mainly used for producing reports and providing information, which is highly valued by decision-makers. Intuition is still commonly used, but the system can help neutralize it to some extent.
