The article discusses how Asian immigrants in Australia face challenges in finding suitable employment due to language barriers, underpayment, deskilling, and discrimination. The study shows that Asian immigrants often struggle to integrate into the labor market because their qualifications are not recognized, and they face employment discrimination based on their ethnicity. Language is identified as a major barrier to their integration, and the gap between Asian immigrants and native Australians makes acculturation difficult. Similar issues are also observed in Canada and New Zealand.
