A new image segmentation technology based on the AIC criterion was developed to improve the accuracy and stability of the process. This method overcomes issues related to initialization and singular values that commonly affect clustering-based segmentation algorithms. The simulation results demonstrate that the new technology performs well in terms of accuracy and stability.
