The goal of the research was to find the best concentration of lime solution for stabilizing soil. The researchers tested different concentrations of lime solution on soil samples for varying periods of time. They found that a lime solution with a concentration of 1.35M, when applied to kaolin soil and cured for 28 days, resulted in the highest soil strength of 730 kPa. This concentration was determined to be the optimum for soil stabilization.
