This research looked at global warming discussions on Twitter over 18 months. They used big data tools to find seven main topics people often talk about: what causes global warming, its effects, how to stop it, connections to Covid-19, politics, the belief that it's a hoax, and the reality of global warming. Most tweets showed positive feelings, but fear was the top emotion, followed by trust. Overall, people on Twitter are concerned about global warming and express various emotions about it.
