The article introduces a new framework called Futures Conversations Framework (FCF) that combines different types of conversations about possible futures. The goal is to challenge assumptions about how we think about the future and expand discussions in organizations. The framework integrates conversations about Self, Culture, Change, and Futures to help identify and address assumptions about the future. This approach can be used to improve how organizations plan for the future and consider different possibilities.
