During the COVID-19 pandemic, many furniture businesses were affected. This study looked at how agility in the supply chain helps smaller furniture companies in Yogyakarta maintain their performance. By analyzing data from 54 SMEs, researchers found that being agile in managing the supply chain positively impacts how well a company can adapt to disruptions and sustain their performance in the future. Essentially, the more flexible these businesses are in handling their supply chain, the better they can weather uncertain times and keep their operations going.
