The article discusses issues in project management when using agile methodology in software development. Agile methods were introduced to improve software development by allowing changes from clients at any stage, promoting client satisfaction, iterative development, and client-developer interaction. Different agile methods like Scrum and Extreme programming are used in the industry. However, there are challenges in project development and management with agile methods. The study explores these issues and suggests improvements to make agile methodology more effective in development environments.
