DIN 5036-3 Method May Underestimate Transmittance Haze in Measurements
The article examines a method for measuring transmittance haze and finds that it works well for total transmittance but not as accurately for diffuse transmittance. The key factors affecting accuracy are the reflectance of the integrating sphere and the alignment of the incident beam. To improve agreement between theory and experiment, further research is needed to address these issues.
