Fairness at Work Boosts Employee Loyalty and Engagement
Organizational Justice, including Procedural, Interactional, and Distributive Justice, has a significant impact on organizational commitment in the workplace. Research has shown that how employees perceive fairness in their organization influences their commitment. This study reviewed over a hundred research articles to understand how different forms of Organizational Justice affect commitment. The findings suggest that fairness in procedures, interactions, and distribution of resources can enhance organizational commitment across various sectors. This research aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the relationship between Organizational Justice and commitment, highlighting factors that can either enhance or inhibit commitment in organizations.
