A new family of distributions called MAP was created by adding parameters to a base model. It competes well with other popular distributions like Beta-F and Kumaraswamy-F. A new distribution called MAPE was also introduced by modifying the exponential distribution. The MAPE distribution was found to be more flexible than the exponential, Weibull, Marshall–Olkin exponential, and alpha power exponential distributions when analyzing real datasets.
