Residents in Sudan call for earlier research training and improved assessment.
The study looked at what internal medicine residents in Sudan think about their training program. They talked to 48 residents in six hospitals and found that residents are mostly happy with the curriculum. They think the program is well-planned and the length is good. Residents also said they want to start research training earlier and have more time for research. They believe the assessment process could be better. Overall, the residents' feedback can help improve medical training in Sudan and other places.
