The global economic crisis caused by the pandemic led to a need for special measures to help the Russian economy recover and grow. The study looked at ways to finance economic growth after the crisis. By analyzing historical data and using different methods, it was found that the crisis caused a big drop in the global economy and slow recovery. To support businesses affected by the pandemic, unused financial tools were used. To ensure future economic growth in Russia, various financial sources and tools have been suggested by economists in the last five years.
